As a 25-year veteran at the intersection of business and technology, I've learned one fundamental truth: it's never about the technology itself, but about solving real problems, with technology serving as a powerful tool in our solution set. This philosophy has shaped my approach to helping organizations bridge the gap between technology potential and value creation.

 

My journey spans the full spectrum of the technology landscape - from Partner at global consulting firms to Chief Architect at a leading Canadian bank, and leadership roles at AI and technology startups. This combination of experiences across large enterprises, consulting, and startups has shaped my practical, results-driven approach to problem-solving. I've led teams delivering AI strategy and implementation, launched new research practices focused on digital transformation, and managed complex technology portfolios.

Throughout my career, I've developed particular depth in financial services, where I've helped institutions navigate the evolving landscape of data, AI, and digital transformation. Working with both technology users and providers has given me unique insight into what makes transformation initiatives succeed - from strategy through execution.

As an extension of my work bridging technology innovation and value creation, I'm also exploring how these approaches could help direct more capital toward critical biodiversity preservation and climate transition initiatives.
